- Does the cable set for the EDT module have a part number?
No, please contact us if cables are needed.
- How can I use a Smart Embedded Module to interact with my hardware?
EDT provides the evaluation kit demo program that demonstrates hardware interaction through the commonly used industrial interfaces of I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and GPIO. You can study the evaluation kit demo program code for ideas on how to use Smart Embedded modules for your projects.
Application boards and our UI examples for learning are also available for purchase.
- How is (example interface) connected? For example, does it have any pull-up resistors?
The Interface Description document describes the Smart Embedded Module hardware and interfaces, showing information such as whether an interface is connected to pull-up resistors.
- In addition to the existing standard ICs using STM32F746, STM32F750, and STM32H750, is there a plan to develop standard products for low-end board ICs?
Yes, an upcoming new standard product using the STM32H7B0 IC is in development.
Using low-end board IC’s is also an acceptable custom idea.
- Where can I buy Smart Embedded evaluation kits (EVK) ?
Please contact our local Sales representative for support.
- What if I only need a few of the interface connections on EDT standard modules but not all of them? Can I save money and what does EDT offer?
Yes. We can remove the unnecessary interface connections from EDT standard modules. Please contact our local Sales representative for more details.
