Communication with the stakeholders

The main stakeholders of EDT can be divided into six categories: employees, shareholders/investors, customers, suppliers, government and community residents.

 

We respect the rights of the stakeholders. By identifying the stakeholders and with proper communication and involvement of stakeholders, we can understand the reasonable expectations and needs and therefore response properly to the major corporation social responsibility issue that concerned the stakeholders. We have submitted the communication status with stakeholders to the Board meeting at least once a year. The recent proposal to the Board meeting was on April 30, 2024. The communication status is listed as below:

  • Revenue growth reached NT$4.387 billion, and EPS was NT$2.81, marking eleven consecutive years of profitability.
  • Cash dividend per share is NT$1.6, marking eight consecutive years of dividend distribution.
  • The results of the 10th “Corporate Governance Evaluation” placed EDT in the 21%-35% category of the TWSE Listed Companies, and 2%-10% category of industries with a market value of less than NT$5 billion.
